A wedding for.us
A one page website that I designed and built for my wedding. You can visit it at http://aweddingfor.us.
Of course, it uses all the appropriate HTML5 elements and a sprinkling of jQuery interaction.

Website redesign pitch for the bespoke Savile Row tailor Richard James, produced at Bourne.
A tall dynamically loading site designed to showcase all of their advertising and lookbook collateral including moving image, and also function as a digital storefront.

Flyer and poster design for a DJ Z-Trip event.
The second poster was produced solely in illustrator and references Z-Trip's politically fuelled mixtapes and Shepard Fairey's iconic Obama propoganda posters.

Full website refresh for an international printer manufacturer. I produced HTML and CSS for each page type and variable, including menu styling, structural semanics and jQuery interaction.

Updated branding and website for an independent hip hop company based in Seattle US and Glasgow UK.
Work included HTML, CSS and some simple PHP for a customised Wordpress theme, t-shirt design for the UK store and photography. I've recently been wokring on a custom Tumblr theme for them.

Bulletproof HTML emails, designed and built for several large clients that adhere to strict brand guidelines. Many of these were coded as re-useable templates for Basis, a multilingual email marketing tool.
Standard testing carried out in Outlook '03, '07, Mac Mail, Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail.

Monster Burger Theme
A custom built HTML5 Wordpress theme designed to function as a clean portfolio for a client who is looking to showcase her academic wrinting.

Development of a simple widget that opens Serato Scratch Live from the dashboard on a Mac.
Serato Scratch Live is a DJ software program that allows manipulation and playback of digital audio files using traditional vinyl turntables.

Logotype for a new skateboard company that references Robert Indiana's iconic LOVE sculpture in Philadelphia. JFK Plaza or 'Love Park' features as a location in many skateboard videos.

Business cards with black leterpress and white foil on recycled Dutch greyboard.
They were printed using a 1950's Original Heidelberg machine at Glasgow Press.

I have over four years agency experience and also work as a freelance graphic designer from my home studio. I have produced a range of design and illustrative work for clients in both the UK and the States.
My design style is both clean and functional, and interactive work uses tidy design and code with valid HTML and CSS that should degrade gracefully.
I am currently available for work in WA, USA.
